Shipping Carrier

Our company is in partnership with some of the best shipping services like FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL carrier. Therefore, you do not have to worry about the shipping at all. Moreover, some of the salient features of our delivery system include:

  • Standard Shipping
    We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide, The standard shipping time is within 8 to 12 working days for the USA and can be delayed in different countries. The tracking number will be provided to you once the item is shipped to you (in about 3 working days.). The tracking number can be used to track the order after 24 hours of receiving the tracking number.
  • Expedited shipping 
    Expedited Shipping option is available for an additional cost of $24.99 only. The item will be shipped to you within 3 to 6 business working days. However, make sure that a fast shipping option is available at checkout as this option is not available for all products.

Next Day Service will be priority shipments.

  • if orders are placed, and clear credit card authorization Monday to Friday before 12:00 pm est, orders will be processed that day. if orders are placed after 12:00 pm est Mon-Thurs they will not be processed until the next day.
    orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm est or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Terms and Conditions

Shipment terms and conditions that you need to know include:-

  • James Leather only accepts a valid street address in the US for delivery. P.O Boxes, Military Post Office (APO) or Fleet Office (FRO) are not accepted by our system.
  • In order to avoid any delays, please keep a track of your order by using the tracking number that we provide. The company will not be responsible for the product once it has been delivered to you. We have an immaculate shipping record but at times the order is lost in transit. However, in this case, we will dispatch another product immediately.
  • For stranded shipping in case you fail to be at home on the scheduled delivery date, the courier company will attempt to deliver your package twice. After an unsuccessful attempt, you will have to pick your package at the local courier office. In case of a no-show, the package will be sent back to us and we will not be held responsible for such cases.
  • The estimated time of delivery provided to you and any other calculation of days is based on 5 business working days (from Monday to Friday). Please note that holidays will not be counted as working days.
  • The order placed on non-working days will be processed on the first working day. Heavy weather may also cause a delay in your item shipment due date.
In case you did not receive your product at the specified number of days, please wait for a few more days as bad weather and long distances often cause a delay by 1 or 2 days. Use the tracking number in order to track your order as the system will help you accordingly. However, if you have received the tracking number and haven’t received the package or facing any other shipping issue, please contact the carrier service since we don’t have access to the shipping database.

Cancellations

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
